Ultihead Motion Control System

The Ultihead is a full featured motion control head with Pan, Tilt,Focus,Zoom and 2 Auxiliary servo axes as well as the
capability of running all 3 stepper axes on the Arri 435 Advanced. With its self contained electronics, it weighs
in at only 50lbs, yet is capable of taking the largest 35mm cameras and zoom lenses. Running from battery or mains, it
requires only a small control system to run it (in a 1550 Pelican case), there is no tower PC with this system.
The Ultihead is also available with a sled system to add track motion to it. Speeds up to 2.5 feet per second when run
directly from the ultihead, and up to 10 feet per second with external amplifier. The ultihead will also shortly be
available with its own control unit allowing it to work as a stand-alone remote head with memory functions. For

MSA 20 Controller

The MSA 20 Controller is a complete motion control system in one easy to use package. Capable of handling up to 12 axes
of motion for simple record and play back. Normally connected to an ultihead of a 4 axis controller card, this unit can
handle Track, Pan, Tilt, Zoom, Focus and More. Moves are recorded into Non-Volatile Memory as they are shot and can be played back
immediately or weeks later. Off speed playback can also be done and for full moiton control effect, moves can be offloaded onto
A Flair Computer for editing or other effects.

Libra III/Gemini System

Originally developed for a plate shot for Spider-Man, the Gemini/LibraIII interface system has proven to be a
versatile, fully fledged motion control system. Running over a single control cable up to 1200 feet in length,
this system can work on a camera crane, a tripod or suspended 150 feet in the air. Full control of Pan, Tilt and Roll
from the standard libra controller, and Focus Zoom and Iris through the Preston can be recorded and then played back with
all standard motion control editing capabilities.

Arri Head System

The Arri II geared head is used industry wide and will take a variety of cameras. By replacing the handwheels with
timing pulleys, it is converted into a quiet motion control head.
Using the adjustable gearing on the arrihead gives a wide range of available speeds. It is usually run in the lowest
gear for maximum acceleration.

Cam Remote Head System

A modified version of the famous 2 axis cam-remote head has fll slip rings on pan and tilt allowing virtually
unlimited motion. The head cam be over slung or under slung as desired. Focus and Zoom also available through
the slip rings.

Time Lapse
|
|
All of the above listed heads are fully motion control capable and can do time lapse shots with a variety of
